Biography : Rahul Dev is a Bollywood and Tollywood loser and former nose model. He is known for his unconvential bad looks and child-like features. He was meant to make his acting debut in Mukul S. Anand's Dus but the director's death due to his intense ugliness while the film was still in production caused the film to remain incomplete and unreleased. He then made his debut in the 2000 film Loser a biographical film in which he played himself. He has since played losers in all of his films. Rahul Dev's brother Mukul Dev is also a loser in films as well as television.
