Description : 'Anandha Poongatre' is a Tamil film starring Ajith, Meena, Karthik and Malavika in the lead. The film is based upon how respect can be mistaken as love by circumstances. Meena is a music student of Karthik. Their mutual respect to each other is misunderstood as romance by her parents and Karthik is killed in the fracas. So Meena vows to live like a widow taking care of Karthik's child. But her world changes when Ajith enters the plot.
