Description : Palakollu (Dasari Narayana Rao) is a worker at a shipping company in Viskhapatnam. He slowly gains the confidence of the workers and becomes their leader (Mesthri). His rise is not liked by the owner of the shipping company Subba Raju (Pradeep Rawat). Hari (Sri Hari) a suspended cop also distrusts Palakollu. But who is Palakollu? Is he a humble Mesthri as he makes everyone to believe or is he someone else. Well, Palakollu is not an illiterate Mesthri but a retired army man, Major Narasimnham. He is out to seek revenge on the killers of Majaor Devaraj (Mohan Babu) a dalit army officer, who has been awarded with the ‘Shourya Chakra’ for bravery. The killers of Major Devaraj are the family members of freedom fighter Gopala Krishna (Vijay Kumar), who is actually trying to occupy the CM’s post by trying to encash on the clean image portrayed by him in public all these years. The only witness to the killing of Major Devaraj is his daughter Jhansi (Sujitha). How Palakollu a.k.a. Major Narasimham unmasks Gopala Krishna and ensures that he does not become the chief minister and also take revenge on the killers of Devaraj forms the basis for the remaining part of the story.
